Democracy Study Guide v1

We are in very desperate straits these days, have been for a few years now, or decades depending on how you want to count, and of course we also have, with the modern internet, a large number of websites and blogs etc out there pointing out all the ways things are going wrong, all the evil the rulers get up to and their ongoing truly wicked plans for us. Too many, really, our cups runneth over, the zone is flooded, you only have time for a few each day, and this can easily take up most or even all of your 'keeping up with what you need to keep up with' 'must read!!'s etc time. But as I have followed and participated in these places over the last many years, something has gotten more and more obvious, as a large elephant slowly becoming visible in the big 'alt' web meeting room so full of smoke and noise we don't really have time to step back and see the big picture, which emerged, to me, at least as - there don't seem to be any places out there where those of us who see these great problems meet and talk seriously about what to do about this ongoing and increasing all-encompassing evil - how do we stop or at least slow down this insanity, this world run by megalomaniacs and just plain evil fucks and create a better country or society or world???

Yes, there are a few 'disengage' or 'back to the land' or 'come join the latest great protest!!' kind of things, which can eat up some of the reading time of those of us who understand the crisis we are in, many or most of which may be honest and well-intentioned - but in the end aren't very helpful in the big picture of how to get the berserker/behemoth Masters of the World (call em what you will) out of our 'democratic' ruling bodies and restore some kind of true and effective 'democracy' in 'our' countries where 'we the people' actually have some serious input into the running of 'our' countries, into decisions like endless wars or bombing whoever wherever whenever, or being controlled by a totally fraudulent banking/money/credit system, or creating 'treaties' to enhance the power of wealthy corporations and impoverish workers, or create total surveillance states to deal with 'terrorism' (and now the new treat, 'domestic terrorism!!!!'), or pass 'mandates' about dealing with pretend epidemics, etc etc. Leaving the battlefield of the struggle for your civilization and running to the mountains or deep forests may provide relief for a few, but this is not 'saving our society' where most of us kind of like our modern amenities, and some 'back to the land' homesteads aren't ever going to provide all of the modern things we need in a very large, city-based civilization. And the notion of 'violent revolution', suggested here and there, is just a non-starter, IMO, this is not some far away and long ago fantasy, this is where we are, and in reality the Masters control every strategic entity, the cops, the armies, the courts, the communications, the banking/money system, etc, and all an attempted violent revolution would do is give them the excuse to implement a fully in the open violent police state, and the few 'revolution leaders' would quickly be dead or imprisoned, and things even worse for everyone else. There are of course a certain number of sites giving their ideas of what a better society would be like, but with no actually useful suggestions or discussion about getting from the mess we are in today to any of these better places.

If you extract yourself from this sea of information, the 'observe from the 30,000 foot view' idea, or get some place where you can see the forest and not just the trees, and ponder it all for a bit, something striking eventually becomes evident, that elephant I mentioned. Anytime we personally are in a mess, or some group we are with, we (most of us at least) generally reasonably intelligent and competent humans looking after our own lives usually kind of quickly move on to looking for ways to solve the problem; it's generally our nature as humans to try to make things better in our lives and communities, that's how we got to be an 'advanced civilization' a few thousand years out of the caves or grass huts - raising, as noted, the question of why, among all these sites I mentioned continually pointing out the many very serious problems we are facing with commentary ad infinitum, don't we have more sites, or even better actual discussion boards, where we share ideas about what to do to take 'our' countries, our supposed 'democracies', back from these usurpers who are getting up to all the evil they do with very little actual public support? Especially in the face of the rulers of the world outright saying THEY want to, are planning to actually, make the world 'better' for them, which would of course mean much worse for most of us - why aren't we talking more, or even primarily, about how to stop these megalomaniacal berserkers, and how to undertake some serious pushback against these wouldbe Rulers of the World - why aren't we having deep and serious and soon-action-based talks about how we can take control of *our* world, or if not full control at least the first steps towards some meaningful input into what goes on in 'our' countries, some serious pushback against the dystopia they are clearly intent on creating for 'we the normal people'? It's useful, necessary even, to have the reporting and analysis of what these fucks are up to - but shouldn't what we can do about this truly existential danger for 'democracy' really be 'job 1' for those of us who see what these bastards are up to, and surely want to stop them??? Not just endless chatter and complaining??

I wouldn't want to advance any silly 'conspiracy theories' about this, god forbid, as fitting in with a very largely controlled 'narrative' our rulers have most people believing and working under, and the attendant 'full spectrum dominance' strategy of doing everything you can to interfere with any plans your enemy ('we' who understand what they are up to and talk about it are surely 'their' enemy) may be making, which includes of course going Sun Tzu and 'the best battles are the ones you win without your enemy even knowing there's a fight going on' - but it is passing strange, I think - the greatest enemy to their oligarchy is not a few 'freeholds' in the hinterlands, or websites never read by the masses with endless commenters pointing fingers at the latest bad shit these people get up to, or even wonderful demonstrations of resistance such as the Trucker's Convoy in Canada ultimately, however, sadly, achieving little other than getting beat on by the rulers' enforcers - undoubtedly their greatest worry would have to be a strong and informed citizenry dedicated to fighting back against their oligarchy and trying to peacefully replace their pretend-democracies with true 'for the people' democracies with great populations of well-informed, engaged and courageous citizens truly 'standing on guard' for our country and laughing in the face of such preposterous notions as 'we must all fear the Great Evil Spirit Covid!! and follow our Wonderful Leaders who will Protect Us with Magic Masks and Vaccines!!! (which Cdns en masse (and to be fair lots of other places, but Canada's 'national anthem' kind of says that is what Cdns do ('stand on guard for our home and native land') but they just demonstrated very clearly when this steadfast determination and bravery were most urgently required they were assuredly NOT ready to do) - and that is what we need to be fighting for, awakening and being part of organizing that kind of strong and informed citizenry who will feel a burning and unconquerable need to dethrone the pretenders and create a true democracy. Clearly we have a very large number of people very unhappy with what is and has been going on - but why aren't there movements to get these people organized into an effective and strong force??

So - why aren't we seeing even a few, or better a LOT more places trying to do this, trying to work out how we can fight these evil bastards and get at least some seats at the places where serious decisions are made??

Why don't we have a great network of people sharing ideas on the same websites about how we are putting together truly democratic movements, where fully engaged citizens truly create and control their governments, rather than passively taking orders from self-proclaimed effective dictators, and devising ways through which we can truly create and maintain a truly democratic country and government?

Well - it is passing strange, at least to me - and as one who likes to try to understand my world and things around me and my life, putting things together leads to a theory -

When you consider how much of everything most people read or watch on vids or think these days, how much access to these 'alternative views' we have, but how much those of us opposed to everything to do with the NWO or WEF or whatever you want to call the general evil fucks ruling the world, is controlled by 'influencers' whose recommendations about what websites or vids or commentators are good or 'must read/watch!!' we tend to be 'influenced' by etc, and/but none of these sites have any talk about what we are supposed to do about this evil growing around us, or direct us to other sites where such things are being talked about, as if no such greatly important places existed at all - well - it's just there on the table with a lot of other things, or maybe another of those elephant in the room things people just aren't actually aware of because one of their 'influencers' hasn't directed their attention to it?? Influencers don't only operate in big brother's prole-world, if you think about it, you will realise they are also very powerful in 'alt-world'. That is to say - there are a certain smallish number of 'major' alt sites we visit regularly, from which we derive our opinions etc - so are we being 'influenced' too, regardless of how 'independent' we think we are in our thinking, or how opposed these informative websites seem to be to what the wouldbe Masters of the World are up to? - being very subtly and cleverly, and effectively, 'nudged' away from potentially very dangerous to the rulers places (should any exist or arise) talking about how to actually fight against the wouldbe-omnipotent rulers, how to get together and create a true democracy - and instead directed to places where we are free to rant and rave (or of course post very deep and learned commentaries) about the evil things they get up to, which can be satisfying enough, but in the end is of no actual danger to them as long as no actual plans are involved for making things better?? Sticks and stones and names, and all that??

I wouldn't for a second suggest that every high-quality 'alt site' we go to is 'controlled opposition' of some sort, those people may be in the same box as the rest of us, seeing big problems in the world, understanding that most of the people around us don't recognize the problems and the danger we are in, dealing with a huge amount of relevant info in the modern internet age, desperate to do something to wake people up, all of their influencers leading them (by example) to in-depth criticism of the rulers, and they thought they could add something to that criticism and did so - like the rest of us, nobody ever suggested that a more useful path, in concert with the criticism, would have to be getting to the necessary question - so this is really bad - and what the hell are we going to do to make it better???? We get an endless amount of talk talk talk (or watch watch watch these days) - where's the walk walk walk????

There are SOOOOO many sites these days with things 'we the less brainwashed' find interesting and useful, it's difficult to find the time to check even a few of them each day while keeping up with the rest of our lives - and isn't that great for the 'influencers' who want to keep us from pursuing more useful things. tp create a kind of alt ratrace??? From even having the time to think about such things??? More distraction - offer more sites with updated-daily high-quality analysis and criticism by high quality analysts, good speakers all, to keep us all occupied, so we don't have time to get to other things like - so yea, it's all really bad - and what are we going to do about it all??? (my first attempt to get some attention for this question was almost 20 years ago - From Here to There - absolutely zero interest from anyone, as have all my essays since - maybe I'm just a bad writer or something, but there seems to be a lot of ideas and perspectives in my essays and books that are pretty hard to find anywhere else - ideas that would be at best pretty troublesome for the rulers were they to have a wider audience - such as the question in this essay)

Anyway, it seems to me that 'What the hell are we going to do to stop and reverse this completely-unacceptable-for-we-average-people course we are on, have been on for several decades now, really, but really on steroids now the last few years?' really should be pretty much our prime focus of discussion these days, 'our' referring to those of us who still retain some semblance of 'free thought' and understand the very great danger we are all in from these wouldbe 'new world orderers' or 'great reseters' or 'insane fucking monsters' or all that and more whatever the hell you want to call them - the people clearly desirous of and well on the way to creating some kind of 1984-type dystopia/matrix where they literally control every aspect of our lives and have returned to some sort of post-modern-neofeudalism of a handful of ommipotent rulers and their managerial class living high off the labour of a great mass of powerless serfs, well soma-ed to keep them believing they're happy.

And if we don't take control of our countries back from these increasingly obviously totally fucking insane monsters running our world very, very soon - we're fucked, we're totally fucked, there's not really any other way to put it. And they obviously are pretty close to finishing at least stage 1 of their grand project, total control over at least most of the people in the 'western so-called 'civilized' world' through hive-phone control of the masses/surveillance and the 'central bank digital currencies' cashless societies they are getting into place, and once they have that network (matrix) established around most of the world, we're just not going to be able to mount any kind of effective challenge, which requires money and freedom to move and communicate, and we're into 'long long ago and far far away time' waiting for Obi Wan and Luke and Han and the lovely princess and the rest, which is a nice story for whenever it comes, but isn't going to help the people we're most concerned about now, we and our immediate descendants and communities. It's kind of up to us.

Me, I'd rather take care of things now, or at least try, and not put my grandkids and their grandkids, and everyone else's kids and grandkids etc etc through all that Empire shit, it's always easier to do what needs to be done to stop the fucking egg from breaking than trying to put it back together, or using what democratic power we still have to stop the Imperium from getting its various electronic chains firmly in place than getting rid of it later. Even if stopping them right now seems close to impossible, it will be impossible when they have the total control they aren't that far from getting - I'd rather see the next generations be left a recovering society with the deadly parasites removed or at least driven back under the rocks where they belong and a hopeful future to work towards, not a fully chained one with the parasites fully in control with pretty much no hope at all for the foreseeable future for our descendants, wondering in the backs of their minds now and then in the dark of their nights with their gruel in their hovels why their fucking parents or grandparents didn't fucking listen to dave or whoever when they still had time to do some serious pushing back against these monsters.

So with that all in mind I did this - my ideas on how a true 'for the people' democracy might operate, and more importantly how we might reach out to enough people to maybe open their eyes enough to join us in starting to undertake a serious course correction in our own space and time to try to realise that ages-old dream of a true 'of by and for the people' democracy, push ourselves over the big plateau we've been stuck at for some decades, actually losing ground from, after some millennia of slow and erratic but generally sure progress by our ancestors, and finally create that completed, real democracy out of the pretend-democracy the parasites have managed to con us into accepting for these last few decades.

So - some thoughts following about how we at least start the process of getting from here to there, from a pseudo-pretend democracy rapidly revealing the fascist iron fist under the pretend velvet glove to a strong, truly 'of, by and for we the people' Democracy. Not prescriptive, just thoughts, some lights turned on, some invitations to a discussion, a place to start a conversation.
