Not much left to say, really, the purpose of writing this was to try to open some eyes and brains by offering some ideas that don't seem to be being very widely considered these days that I think could help, or are necessary, really, to lead us to a better future, a future with some hope rather than the despair everywhere we look these days with the WEF and others pretty much on the verge of a total world takeover and the establishment of some kind of techno-surveillance Big Brotherish totalitarian state, which may sound like a good idea to they and their followers, but sounds pretty dystopian and very worrisome to those of us not controlled by their brainwashing and indoctrination.
I guess a couple of wrap-up things -
A society not controlled by the lies
Maybe it could be useful and interesting and a bit inspiring to just try to imagine what kind of society we could have if we were not controlled by the lies that form the walls of the matrix I talk about earlier, a society truly devoted to 'being all we could be' as people and humans, rather than a society devoted to maxing the power and wealth of a ruling class, both personally and internationally, a society where science and other advances were devoted to the betterment of our societies rather than making ever more powerful weapons - a society where all policies were made by an informed and engaged electorate, a true democracy, where the 'leaders' were not continually looking for new ways to steal our money in service to and increase the power of the elite class, for ways to -July 31 2022 - It seems like so many things are falling apart in Canada
And imagine, the great loss to all of us, to have such a large and important part of the history of our world and times denied to us, how much richer all of our lives would be to be able to understand and share in the struggles and history of these places, rather than the Sat morning cartoon 'history' of 'we the good guys' and 'they all evil monsters!!!!!!' garbage -
It would be so fine to find out, to leave this new wonderful world for our children to explore. For all of us to be Newton standing on that unexplored shore, with shared joy and wonder at what we might become ....

A Final Note
It may be that we find it impossible to completely dislodge the ruling oligarchs at this time - they are very, very powerful and will fight viciously to defend their priviledge, as for them it is surely an existential threat. But at the very least we should be able to set them back considerably, as King John retained his throne the last time something as monumental as this was attempted 1000 years ago, but with many restrictions placed on what he and other 'Kings' had considered basically absolute power - and should that be the end this time, we should be proud of our accomplishments. But we must not become lazy after that, as evidently the 'boomers' became lazy after perhaps the greatest height our western democracies ever reached during the 1950s and 60s and into the 70s through the struggles and sacrifices of their parents and grandparents, and allowed the cunning and determined oligarchs to begin whittling away at that peak democracy, and slowly but very very surely push it back to the almost total lack of democracy we have today. The boomers, as a demographic, a lot of exceptions of course, but most of them, lost the focus, the spirit, the joy, the intelligence, the courage, that had driven their parents and grandparents etc etc to bring western civilization to the brink of a great democratic transition, and we must never do that as we fight to take up where our ancestors left off, and get us over the top, being sure to educate our children well about what has really been going on for centuries, and pushing the capitalist hegemon off the cliff and finally reaching and creating that true golden city on the hill - golden for all 'we the people', not just the few 'self-proclaimed' golden few.
I want to put here something about the famous poem from WWII by Canadian John Macrae - to you from failing hands we throw the torch, he wrote - and the tragedy that then followed as the people those brave soldiers threw the torch to got lazy and gave in to the propaganda of those who would be our Rulers, who failed to hold that torch high, who failed to continue the great struggle for Democracy and allowed those who are the eternal enemies of Democracy to take control of their society once again, and slowly but surely put the chains of authoritarianism around them, tighter and tighter. We few who maintained the sense of freedom and democracy even from those days, and those of more recent generations who understand what has been happening, have to take up that torch of Democracy again, and hold it high, and get our fellow citizens back on their feet and fighting the most important fight of this time in history, the fight to stop the 'new world order', which might be called the 'back to the future', the return to a feudal system of powerful lords and helpless serfs, but with 21st tools of power to maintain their new feudalism into the foreseeable future, a terrible terrible future for our descendants and a terrible betrayal of those whose failing hands trusted that torch to us.
The message needs to be very clear - we may have to live with a 'privileged class' of some type - but we will tolerate no longer, never again, a small group of truly obscenely wealthy oligarchs to exist at the same time as great masses of people living unhappy, constrained lived in insecurity and crippling poverty; you rulers will no longer plan with your international colleagues about how to increase your wealth and power with no care at all for the consequences on or quality of we non-elite classes. We will be free to pursue whatever we conceive to be the best path for fulfillment in our lives, and the once all-powerful elite just a sad gang of lazy good-for-nothings. We can let them eat their cake.

make us ever less intelligent and more dronelike subservient to their control - a society truly based on all of us working peacefully together for the greater good of the society, where creative ideas were put to bettering our society rather than padding the bank accounts and/or increasing the power of the already filthy rich or finding better ways to wage terrible wars on more enlightened societies trying themselves to create something better not controlled by the capitalist hegemon, a society where 'foreign policy' centered around creating a peaceful and prosperous world through international cooperation rather than trying to destroy other societies who did not want to be capitalist puppets, a society with a citizen-controlled fair economy and credit management system whose purpose was simply enabling an efficient and honest economy rather than maxing the exploitive and control power of the elite rulers, a society based on truth rather than lies - truly a new day, as a patient who has been suffering and growing weaker for years must feel when they are told the debilitating parasite has been successfully removed, and their amazing body is now working for their health rather than growing the cancer.
So - for the final part of this Democracy Study Guide - let's think about something more positive, let's imagine some things about a society where every important decision is made through the filter of 'What is good for 'we the people', what do we want, rather than 'what is good for the bankster-capitalists who control the country/world?'. Unlike the current direction of the capitalist societies which seem to be destroying the things that were good about our societies a few years ago and increasing the bad stuff, we'd be keeping and adding to the good things while getting rid of the destructive stuff. Almost everything in our society would be different -
- imagine an advanced civilization, with intelligent people trying to create the best society for all of us they could, with violence and poverty almost eradicated worldwide, etc etc - what would that ever be like? What new doors would be opening at that time?? There's no way we can have any real idea what that would be like, it is so far away from us now, as we have been slowly pushed into a bigger and more colorful version of Plato's cave, really, a big circus tent full of shifting amorphous unreal colors, constant movement, no sense of what is real or chimeric hollow shadows and constructs we are told are wonders, while the real wonders remain outside where the true light of freedom shines on a great and glorious universe just waiting to be explored. But we still have the power to imagine, as John said, or like Carl Sagan around the same time - how much better to dream of, and fight for, a world of peace and prosperity and dreams than a world like our current world of wars and misery and nightmares.
